So in 2017 my stepdad petitioned for this form for me and my mother . I am coming here to ask what we can do since there still hasn’t been any action on the case . Normal processing time takes about a year ish . This one has been going on for about 4. Last action was taken in 2019 when transferred to a different jurisdiction. Does anyone know is there’s anything wrong with the case or anything we can do? Or do we just keep on waiting not knowing when we will get a yes or a no?
