How long does USCIS take to respond to a "Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It" notice?

I responded to an RFE on February 10 using the 60 day extension (original deadline was December 14) as I wanted my case to be reviewed by the current administration. How long are they taking to respond to the POEs as of now? What has been the current time so far? My case is being analysed by the Vermont branch.
