I’ve been trying to set up an appointment for a friend of mine to meet with an ICE agent in Chicago. I’ve called continuously (multiple different number) and left messages and emails for weeks, but nothing. Have any of you been able to set up appointments with ICE agents in your jurisdiction? Any tips?
