F1 second administrative processing

After US undergrad (BS math) I got 221g administrative processing when reapplying for a visa to work on OPT as a software engineer. It took 1.5 months to get a visa and then I flew to the US. I haven't left since. After a year of OPT, I am again on F1 as a math phd student. What are my chances of avoiding administrative processing if I fly back and reapply for a visa? If I get it again, is it going to be faster/slower than the first time?
