I am reading that there are delays in K1 making it similar to CR1 type visa and closer to 18 months. Where in the process is this occuring?
Asking because here in Australia we have no covid and US embassies are all open proper. Wondering if this would keep the process closer to the usual 9-12 months or if delay is more due to processing time in the US and will still be there.
Lawyers seem to still indicate 6-9 months on their website for K1.
