L1B visa to green card processing time 4 years from now?

I am pretty young and just getting started with my career so just exploring options. I am from India btw with no ties to the US.

Suppose I manage to get a L1B/A visa from my current employer (FAANG). Can I somehow manage to get a green card through this? How difficult or feasible is the process considering that the L1B would be possible only after 4-5 years from now?

And finally please tell me going through the process would be worth it or not. I read the rules but not sure if this last question breaks the "Off-Topic Post" rule.

Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee!
