Here's the deal. I married a Honduran girl and I've been trying to get visas for some of her family to come up and visit. So far I've had no luck in getting a regular visitors visa for her brother, mainly due to the fact I believe that while he has a business and ties to Honduras, he doesn't have a lot of paperwork to prove it. Is there a way to get a visitors visa in such a situation? Or would there be an option of a workers visa? I've done some research on those, but wasn't sure which one would be the best option? Do any of you have advice in such a situation? Were he to get a workers visa, I know of plenty of jobs in the area here for him.
