What's the best way to write recommendation letters for an EB1-A petition?

I have just started to work with an attorney on my EB1-A petition and I will need to provide recommendation letters. I will need to draft them for the attorney to review and appropriate people to sign. I know that each letter should use a different writing style so that they are not the same, but that is quite challenging for me as I am not a native English speaker. What strategy did you use for your petition, or what strategy would you recommend me to use for mine?
