A few weeks ago I posted regarding the missing form type for my partner in California. (I accidentally just deleted it, thinking it was another post, my apologies.)
To sum it up, there has been no form type for a U.S. citizen filing for an unmarried son or daughter over 21, listed on the USCIS processing site for the California Service Center for well over a month.
We have called USCIS and were told that my partner's application is still being processed in California and it must be a glitch. I have also sent a message to the website email for website errors, and nothing has been changed.
Someone answered my previous post saying it's probably a glitch, but since it's been over a month without any updates, with several points of contact on my part, I just wanted to see if anyone had any advice on next steps.
While I know that our NVC date is around a year and a half away, I want to make sure that we haven't slipped through the cracks and deal with any issues when we could be submitting the paperwork for the necessary next steps.
