Hello,
Currently working in the US on a TN Visa. Valid for another 3 years.
I'm planning to travel to Romania (not in Schengen, so not part of Biden's EU ban) for a 1 week vacation with a few mates.
I've been using the following page as a reference:
https://bdzlaw.com/nafta-tn-blog/2010/5/3/vacations-while-on-a-tntd-visa.html#:~:text=Reply%3A%20There%20is%20no%20specific,on%20the%20I%2D94).
Theoretically, there should be no issues coming back as long as I've got my 1-94.
However, I'm having trouble finding information on whether the pandemic has changed any of that.
Is there any reason a TN visa holder - who hasn't been in the banned Schengen area - would be denied re-entry into the US? Thanks.
