TN Visa termination, 60 day grace period, reentry allowed?

My last day at my US based job was a few days ago. Voluntary termination. I already left and moved everything back to Canada. Thing is I drove my US car back, and want to go back into Michigan and sell it (already found buyer) Since the land border is closed for non essential, has anyone heard of Cbp being lenient for people re entering to wind down affairs? For added touch I also booked a second dose covid vax at a pharmacy as I actually do need it…..would that be considered covered under the medical treatment entry cause? Weird situation I know, but thanks in advance
