I am living in the UK on a skilled worker visa and my partner is a British citizen with dual Bulgarian citizenship. I want to get an EU passport for work and retirement. How to get apply for an EU passport as a family member without staying in the EU (As I am medical professional, I only have license to work in the UK)?
