Question about BAs, and applying for jobs that promotes a work VISA.

Most of these jobs requires a Bachelor's Degree.

I almost finished college (studied almost 4 years) but couldn't get the degree because I had to leave my country for political reasons. I can't go back.

I put this education on my CV, even if it's not finished, and I managed to find a couple of good jobs here in Europe. However, I am planning to move to the US.

My question is, let's say a company accepts my application and they are willing to sponsor me. Do I need to show my degree in the Work Visa interview at the US Embassy? do I have to provide the company with the Degree proof in order for them to initiate the process?
