General question just for options for my partner and I.
He is a Canadian citizen, I’m a dual Canadian + American citizen.
If we are to get married, how soon after that is he legally able to work in the states? I’d imagine we would still have some kind of immigration process. I’m unfamiliar with all of this and planning on meeting with an immigration lawyer in October for more guidance but looking to see if there’s any insight to be provided here. :)
