letter of intent to marry (K-1 Visa)

I'm needing a letter of intent to marry as one of my final requirements for my k-1 package. I've seen several templates online but am still not sure how to go about it. Does anyone know of a service online that I can get one prepared for me? I'm using Rapid visa and apparently this part falls on me.

any help or advice would be appreciated.

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee!
