I’ve been out of the loop since Biden took office. Any significant developments on H-1B or employment-based green cards that are worth knowing?
When Trump and Stephen Miller were in there I would religiously follow Greg Siskind and other immigration lawyers on Twitter. I’ve been completely out of the loop since then, and obviously such news doesn’t make mainstream news headlines. Anything worth knowing? What ever happened to that H-1B wage rule Trump admin published right before they left? Have HR1044/S386 come back from the dead yet?
