Is OPT still 20-hour minimum? My girlfriend, who’s an international student, was just told her job will still be part-time after graduation because of budget cuts, and she’s worried she has to leave the country.
What can she do about this? I heard there was a Covid waiver but I’m not sure if it applies to new applicants or if it’s still applicable anymore.
