H1-b re enter question

Quick question that I may have the answer to but just need some additional support I currently hold a H1-b visa with expiration date on 12/8/2021. If I get to leave the country and comeback a couple days before (12-3-12/7), will I face any challenge/ issues in the airport?

Do I need to give myself at least a couple weeks as a window or can I re enter the USA very close to the expiration visa date? 12/8
