Get a new B2 visa while current is still valid

Current appointment times are huge everywhere. My current B1 visa is valid until July 2022, but the closest appointment for the new one available is August 2022 in my country. So i'm wondering if i able to fill DS-160 and make an appointment for August next year? Will my current visa be cancelled or revoked for some reason because of that?

And one more question, my passport will expire in the end of 2022, so i will make a new one (processing is like 3-6 months), is it gonna be a problem if i'll fill DS-160 with the old passport data and bring the both for the interview so they'll put a visa into a new one?

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!!
