This is a hypothetical question.
Can I apply for an F2 visa if
- My S/O and I's nation is not a participant of the US visa waiver program
- my S/O is doing OPT in the US
- I am working in Canada
- only occasional visits to the US
I thought about this as a workaround to the limited number of B1/B2 visa appointments available in Canada/worldwide.
