Does the 90/180 day for Schengen Visas reset?

For context I am a UK citizen wishing to spend time in Greece.

I have recently spent 38 days there, and upon returning will have 52 days left. The 180 day period ends on the 19TH November 2021. The 180 day period starting when I arrived on 15th July. (I was there from 15th of July until 21st August.

If I was to return to Greece, spend my 52 days there and just before the 19th of November return to the UK, then after the 19th November has passed, will the 180 days reset and I will have another 90 days there?

I know this is very easy to look up, but with how it worded online I struggle understanding, there isn't definitive yes or no.

Thanks.

At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
