Do border agents at airports know something from you before you reach their counter at passport control?
I know I just raised a similar question. Thing is, once, in Switzerland as I was coming out of the country and walked up to the immigration counter the border agent addressed me in Spanish (first language) without me having uttered a word/flashed my passport. It always bugged me how he could have pulled that off, if ever based on profiling (this can get messy but I might not be the stereotypical Spaniard/Latin American) or some other obscure, conspiracy-material skill?
