Considering emigrating to one of the Scandinavian countries

I'm considering moving to the North. I'm thinking Norway, but they're not a part of the EU.

I speak 4 languages. None of the Scandinavian or Finnish, but looking at Norwegian I'm sure I could learn it. Having learned Dutch, English and German and being fluent in the first two.

I am a EU citizen.

I also have a degree in computer science.

How realistic is emigrating to Northern Europe?
