We're in a rural area and there are no Uber/Lyft or anyone close enough to pick me up and get there on time. I have someone picking me up, but I'll be at least 30-60 minutes late. I'm on hold for a USCIS agent but the wait is 45 minutes. I know I'll have to submit a written notice, but is there anything I can do at this point?
