Can one change employer with an approved i-129?
Hi
I received an approval on my petition for H1B (i-129), filed by company A. But, currently, company A has no plans of utilizing it since the plans changed due to COVID and other reasons.
Hypothetically speaking, if I get a US offer from company B, will they be able to use this approved petition to process H1B for me?
If yes, what all details/documents should I/company B have to go forward?
If not, when is it possible to change company in the process ... from current situation to me being in US with company A on H1B?
