Hello. Our visa application is with the NVC. My fiance sent a request for a police certificate to the country she used to live and we followed all directions on their website but they have never responded. How should we reach out to the country to get this certificate? How long should we expect this to delay us?
We sent our request through fedex and we know it was delivered almost 4 months ago.
