An impt criteria for ac21 is same or similar occupation. I want to know how long will it take for I-485 Supplement J to be approved. Wonder if I know the outcome before I can take up the new role.
My earlier I-140 was filed for SOC code of 15-1152 for Software Developers. My new role offer is SOC code of 11-3021 for Computer and Information Systems. As per below USCIS policy manual both roles are same or similar. But I want to be absolute sure.
