F1 graduating next year and need advice about what to do after/my options.

Hi, I'm in a bit of a strange situation with my immigration status right now.

I'm an international student from Europe and was originally going to finish my undergraduate degree May 2021, but due to COVID I was unable to make the tuition payment for Fall 2020 and moved back to Europe, which resulted in my SEVIS record being closed. Because of this, I won't qualify for OPT after I graduate unless I spend another academic year within the US.

I have 16 credits left to take which leaves me with two options: finish them in one semester, or split them into two semesters to fulfill the requirement to get OPT. I spoke to my university's OGS and what I understand, I cannot apply for it until AFTER graduation and I need to stay in the US while I wait for it to be processed, which would leave me stranded in the US for a few months.

I'm trying to weigh my options and need to make a decision about the number of credits I will be taking by registration day. I'm majoring in computer science, which would give me 36 months of OPT instead of 12, but I'm not very sure about my chances to secure a job as an international student.

Thank you so much!

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our
