Recently became a US citizen. Looking to help my sister come to the US or Canada (or Europe)

Hey y'all.

I came to the US on F1 visa in 2009 and in March this year I became a citizen.

I would like to help my sister come over here or Canada.

She is 31 and has a masters degree in english translation.

Things are rough for a girl when you are above "marriage" age and still single where we come from. We also have almost no opportunities for growth.

She is getting really depressed and desperate. I'm trying to remove her from the environment that we live in because I know it's my culture that is wrong not her. as far as I'm concerned she's accomplished more than me. And the best way to show her that is to place her in a society that appreciates her for her skills rather than focus on cultural echo chambers and shun her abilities.

I have explored the 130 petition for my sister but that is on average 14 years currently.

I heard Canada offers an easy path for skilled immigrants. Having a masters even gives you better opportunity. Is this true?

Any input on legal ways to make this happen for her would be greatly appreciated

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our ...
