Tricky Car Situation Question

Hi, I am looking for a little help with a tricky car situation that my GF has found herself in.

She moved to the US just before covid with her car. She was planning to register it once she got settled in and we were comfortable with the one year of grace before importing it. In April, she got her NH license and all was good. Now that her registration in Canada has come up for renewal and her insurance policy has expired, she sought to renew her insurance so that she could re register the vehicle in Ontario.

This is where the dilemma comes in. She cannot register her car in Canada without insurance. She cannot get Canadian insurance without a Canadian license (her Ontario license was destroyed when she got her NH license). She cannot get US insurance on a Canadian vehicle unless it is imported. We cannot drive the car to the border to import it because the car is unregistered and uninsured. All things are pointing towards it being difficult to import because she has a car loan.

So we are looking at a weird limbo situation where her car is stuck here and the paperwork and people here in NH are saying that we need to go to the border to import it. Is there any way out of this?

Any help is appreciated!

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our ...
