My wife's CR1 expedited visa interview was approved, thank the good Lord

My immigration attorney requested an expedited CR1 visa for my wife in Japan because she left Tokyo save money but now she is stuck at her childhood home after our wedding with her father who is abusive, alcoholic, anger issues and mentally unstable to my wife and her mom who has been near beaten as he is "the man of the house, women do as they told". As that is still a very common traditional Japanese mentality.

Needless to say, it's very very hard on her and hard on me as her husband who can't help his own wife trapped in her childhood hell again 4000 miles away. Our CR1 was filed last August after our wedding in June in Ohau at a beach and it's been a very long journey and paying for an immigration attorney has helped us in so many ways to get though this hellish immgistjn system no thanks to orange butt fucking Trump and now this fucking Covid hell.

I have lost count of many tear filled Skype sessions me and my wife has the past months. Her mental health has been really bad and thus her body bad been having outbreaks from the stress and fear that her father has created in her childhood home. Then her mom got appendix cancer and needed surgery and now cemo. I've never seen my wife so stressed out and it broke my heart and made me so angery I cannot be there to help my own wife

I called national visa center explaining my wife's situation and gave approval to send email to expedite services. I then pleaded with my immigration attorney to help us write email on my wife's behalf as we had no word for Tokyo embassy for over a month after NVS said they "approved" it

We got approved for EXPEDITED interview in less then a week later thanks to our immigration attorney writing national visa center on my wife's condition, thank God

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our ...
