I entered the USA on a non-immigrant visa. How many databases could my information be held on?

I am aware of the SEVIS database, but unfamiliar with potential others. I suspect there is a CBP file on me as well relating to border entry/exits. What are the names of databases and information systems pertaining to visa information across all government departments? Is there any system specifically for visa applications independent of SEVIS?

To clarify, I left the US already and just want to know the amount of data they hold on me, and what databases they have stored this information on so I can change it.
