Getting divorce no green card.

Hello, I entered in this country 2004 from India as an f1 student went to a local university. I had a five-year visa, it expired in 2009. I overstayed and let not only my visa but also my passport expired. I started doing odd jobs, gas stations, hotel clerk, and also started fixing computers, I met my ex working one of those odd jobs, we went on several dates and she got pregnant and we decided to get married. In the beginning, it was great, but maybe I was naive did not see the signs of heavy drug use or pills. We started to fight, she would disappear won't come back till next morning or for a few days. Her parents would tell me to call cops but I just couldn't call cops on my wife. eventually, she went to rehab for 7 months and came out clean and decided to move in with her mother away from the family home to avoid going back into drugs. we have two kids together, after almost a year I managed to have her move back with me. we started working in the same hotel she would clean rooms and I would do the front desk. after rehab the love was just not there like before, she then cheated on me got pregnant again with twins. moved out and then moved back in after another year or so because it didn't work out with the other guy, I took in those two boys as my own raised them. She decided to cheat again and I finally decided to move out and been staying away from kids and her for almost a year now. during our time together she stole money from my bank. wrote checks and got cash from the grocery stores, sold the car that has my stuff in it while I was working, my credit went from 700s to 530. I just couldn't file for a green card with all these things going on in my life. Now she wants a dissolution and wants me to sign separation papers and I only have visitation rights for my kids. she is threatening me to sign or else her lawyer will go to court and report me to ice. I need advice on what to do from here, I just couldn't sign those papers the way they are. I am now married to her 7+ years but couldn't file for it and I don't even have an id. I feel sometimes cornered and helpless.
I am in Ohio.
PS. I am sorry for any grammar errors. I just need help or advice on what are my chances and what can I do from here.
Thank you very much and sorry about the long and confusing post. There is a lot more but I could not fit all that in here.

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
