F-1 student filing for AOS due to marriage - question about health insurance

So basically my husband (us citizen) is unemployed and neither of us has health insurance - I am nearing my OPT end - Will this be a problem? Planning on filing AOS paperwork ASAP

I know 944 is no longer needed but even without having to file 944, will not having health insurance affect the process for AOS? What are our options?

We are in California if this matters. I appreciate any help as I’m super anxious about all this :’(
