So I think I may of shown the medical staff the I-130 petition approval letter with the case number instead of the submitted DS260 Application receipt. They both have the same case number but dates are different? Will that matter? Going to reach out to both the medical facility as well as the embassy but wondering if it even matters. Hopefully not. The medical staff didn’t really question it as it seems they only really care about the case number?
