Passport and AoS (marriage-based)

My passport will be expiring March 2021 and I have been told that I can't travel within six months prior to that date. If I remember correctly, one of the requirements for a green card is a valid passport.

Once I get my AP and EAD, my plan is to visit my family back in Italy where I still have a residence permit (or permesso di soggiorno, it expires December this year).

My questions are: 1. Is my permesso di soggiorno/residence permit still valid even if I have been out of the country for more than a year this July? If so, then I will be renewing my passport there. If not, then I'll have to go back to where I'm from (Philippines) and do it there. 2. If I can't travel, can I still renew my passport in a Philippine embassy here in the US? Or is a green card required to do so?

Any help/advice would be really appreciated as me and my husband are stuck with a lot of uncertainties right now and hopefully get some answers that will help us immensely

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
