Is it possible to be approved for a F1 visa with a prior criminal record?

While I was living in the US Between 2016-2018 I was charged with Petty Larceny. It resulted in a nolle prosequi from the commonwealths and I had a clean record prior to this. There was also no entering of plea or suspended sentence, but I did wrote an “kind of confession” at the moment of being summoned to appear in court, which couldn’t be used by the prosecution because no Miranda rights were read . I don’t know if that is considered an actual conviction under the federal immigration law legislation.

The case was expunged (even though I know that doesn’t matter for the federal immigration law)

Since then I came back to my home country and only developed myself as a professional and citizen, as a high achiever working at a white collar job for a Global Private Equity company and and began to practice as clinical psychologist as well. As a by-product of my growth I plan to enroll in a graduate Psychology program in VA.

I was wondering if anyone could help me have an idea if it would be possible to be granted F1 non immigrant Visa considering my case?

Any advise would be fantastic, I really appreciate it!

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
