Is the executive order still coming, or was it all a bluff?

The news was ramping up over the past month, but now I haven't seen anything on it and I check on a daily basis. My H-1B is being renewed in September, and I'm putting some important life decisions on hold because of this supposed order.

If all new applications will be canceled, which is supposed to happen, I would have to leave the country in 3 months and would have to start selling my possessions and make preparations for the international move.

The stress is killing me, and it's making me think about leaving the country regardless of what any upcoming executive order says. I'd have to leave in 3 years anyways assuming the renewal goes through. So, my thinking is I might as well bite the bullet now and spare myself the uncertainty. Does this make sense or am I being irrational?

DS-260 Have you ever attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?

Ok so I’m not sure what to put down here, I have a high school diploma and currently attending college! So for the occupation part for a previous question I put down the school I go to and address, however I am uncertain what to put down here, I put my high school start and end date but do I also include the college? Because it says highest level of education COMPLETED but also in the drop down menu there is an option that says UNIVERSITY,NO DEGREE which if I do choose then I will have to fill out the school information and then a start date and an end date which I still do not know this is the only question I’m struggling will and have looked into it but no straightforward answer!
