Working for a remote US company as an employee. Canadian Citizen. Spending 6 months in each country, can it be done?

I am being employed by a US company who is a remote company. They will have be as an employee, with a TN visa, a SSN, a US bank account. All this is fine.

However, I am wondering if I am violating anything by spending about half my time in Canada and half in the US? I know I will have to pay double taxes (actually based on tax treaty just the higher of the two), but am I breaking any rules here? I see Canada has a definition of temporary foreign workers being allows to be in Canada on "vacation" and do remote work. My work is internet based work so is ok under this treaty. Is this what I am?

Further, what does it technically mean to "live in the us" vs "live in canada". From a tax resident point of view I will always be a tax resident of canada as I have residential ties here. My US company will obviously be taking out US taxes. So am I doing anything wrong?

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
