Is there a way I can be granted permission to stay outside of the U.S. as a permanent resident for more than 6 months?

I am a green card holder with a Korean citizenship. I've stayed in Korea since early last November with relatives to tend to my poor health and to make regular hospital visits. Circumstances being what they are, I'm especially vulnerable to COVID.

I understand that as permanent resident I risk having my status revoked if I'm not back in the states in six months' time (late April/early May), even if I have a permanent place of residency in the States. Nonetheless, my aforementioned illness and the fact that my primary care physician (AKA the individual who participated in my surgeries and aftercare) is in Seoul has me looking for alternatives.

I've called the USCIS three times (stupidly thinking I would get different answers) just to be told that they cannot help, that I should write my inquiry in email... which I did a week and a half ago with no response.

I contacted the U.S. Embassy in South Korea, which is nothing more than a dead end automated voice message with none of the information I need. I emailed them, and the reply they gave me more or less said that they couldn't help me, and to direct my question to this particular website, where it states that there will be no email responses to inquiries concerning topics other than four particular immigration/visa forms that do not concern me. The link also mentions that other questions should be directed to their phone number (a dead end), or email (which sent me there in the first place).

I can procure all the documents showing that travel will most likely put me at risk, and that I have been for the last few months in South Korea only to tend to my health. My biggest problem right now is that I have no clue where to direct this message towards, so that I may legally stay outside of the U.S. for a few months longer than the maximum allowable six.

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our
