Is it okay to apply for H1B visa through different employers at the same time?

I apologize if this question has been asked here before; maybe I just typed in different keywords when searching for it.

Anyway, I am currently looking for ways to get H1B sponsorship. I have tried contacting a recruiter who is considering to include me in this year's H1B lottery. I also recently got in touch with a friend working in the US who encouraged me to apply for a job in their company (who also sponsors H1B for eligible applicants).

I have already completed all necessary documents and certifications in order for me to work in my field. Right now, I'm just really looking for job opportunities that could get me a visa the fastest and with the least cost on my part (financial issues are the main reason I decided to leave my country).

So I was wondering if it is possible to get in the lottery through the recruiter and at the same time, also apply through the company recommended by my friend. Would USCIS flag my name for applying through different employers? I'm just really hoping to be able to increase my chances of getting a job in the US this year. I don't want to upset my friend for making his recommendation a second option, and I don't want the recruiter to think I'm only taking advantage of them and am also looking for other employers behind their back.

I don't know if that makes sense. I can add more details in the comments if needed.

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our
