Immigration to the US from the U.K.

To start apologies for lack of grammar or possible spelling mistakes as I’m on a phone at the moment.

Basically I am looking for some advice, after spending some time in Arizona I basically fell in love with the state and the southwest and would love to immigrate some time in the near future.

Only issue I’m finding is basically which is the best way to go about this as while I have family out there, they’re not family by blood but marriage so was told I couldn’t get a family visa as they’re not direct relatives but try a work visa but the issue I’m having with this is actually finding a job out there that is willing to take me as I have no trade skills to show of on paper or higher/university education though I have worked in the motor trade for a while it’s on the customer service side rather than a technician side.

I’ve been told another way which is to go over on a tourist visa and apply for a work visa as you’re already in country but I’m not entirely sure of the legality of this or if this is even a thing you can do.

Long and short of it is I’ve been told of 100s of ways to go but every Avenue I look at doesn’t seem to show a clear defined path to take and reading various sources seems to make it that much more confusing to grasp with various documentation, rules and regulations to follow.

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our ...
