I'm currently married to a US service member & we're stationed in Korea. I'm neither a US or Korean citizen, but I want to apply for a green card. If I'm not wrong (and I might be mistaken because there is so much to digest), if I'm granted an immigrant visa, I will have a certain time period to get to the US where they'll determine if I'm a lawful PR.
How does this work if we're stationed overseas & are restricted from flying to the US now (because of the pandemic)?
