Going back to school at 24

I was thinking of going back to college to the U.S. for my undergrad but I'll be 24 soon and I wanted to know if that would be an impediment in my visa interview.

I visited the U.S. last year and came back within the time frame of my tourist visa (5 months 1 week). My college is not too highly ranked, but I have no intention of moving to the U.S. I also have strong ties to my country to prove that.

It is worth mentioning that I previously had an F-1 visa too, but I came back and forfeit that because I needed to be in my home country at that time due to personal reasons.

DS-260 Have you ever attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?

Ok so I’m not sure what to put down here, I have a high school diploma and currently attending college! So for the occupation part for a previous question I put down the school I go to and address, however I am uncertain what to put down here, I put my high school start and end date but do I also include the college? Because it says highest level of education COMPLETED but also in the drop down menu there is an option that says UNIVERSITY,NO DEGREE which if I do choose then I will have to fill out the school information and then a start date and an end date which I still do not know this is the only question I’m struggling will and have looked into it but no straightforward answer!
