DUI

Hello, around 5 years ago I came to the US on a student Visa and unfortunately was convicted of a misdemeanor DUI.. I paid the fine and attended the classes, but I had to go home and renew my Visa in my home countries embassy. I was denied rentry. I was unable to complete the community service part as a result. Since then I went on to meet my current partner who is a US citizen who I plan to marry. We want to move to Florida in a few years. What are the chances I will be denied a permanent residence status?

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee!
