Hi everyone! I got married last year in august to a US citizen. We finally got our interview scheduled for this May, still no EAD card.
Unfortunately, a month ago i run into some trouble with the law and got arrested and now I’m in diversion program. I am very worried going into the interview with this. I do have an attorney with me and he seems positive but I’m just looking if anyone had any experience with this type of a situation? If i was convicted it would’ve been a misdemeanor and never been convicted nor had any issues with the law before. Any tips, stories and experiences are welcomed! Haters, please stay out of the comments, this is already hard. Thanks!
