I tried to set it so i can go to school there but you need 20k just to enroll. What options do i have to get to america either sponsored or not? So my husband and I separated 3 months ago and since then, he applied and received food stamps and health insurance from the government. We are still married but will divorce soon. If I submit and application later in the future, will it be denied because he received government assistance while we were married? I was told president Trump signed a law that disqualified applicants if they received government assistance. Hi All, I hoping someone could answer my question. I have completed 5 years on H1B1 Singapore Visa and I will complete my 6 years on H1B1 approximately by Nov 07,2021. I have an approved H1B by USCIS( not activated, under consular processing ) valid until 09/12/2022. Now I am planning to move from H1B1 to H1B. So, my question is, Will time spent on H1B1 count against the H1B maximum (6) years CAP? What if I go to Singapore and attend the embassy to activate H1B - will I get the remaining period (9 Months ) or full fresh 3 years ? Hi all, I’m filing for a gc under category F4 and need to fill out an I-944. I have a bit of money in a cryptocurrency trading app (I’m not day trading as that’s not allowed in my current status), so do I need to include that in assets? If so, what’s the category and how do I type in the amount since it’s changing literally every second due to cryptocurrency value?
