Under Extension of OPT

Hi! Did anyone forgot to update one of the employers when you are working with multiple employers? For example forgot to update the last day of the employment when you were under OPT. I am under Extension of OPT right now. I contacted DSO and she requested a ticket but it was refused bc it happened one year ago. How does it work? Did it affect your change of status?

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee!
