Marriage based green card application help!

Context:

  • I'm currently on an H1B visa (6-year limit up in May 2023) with my employer
  • My I-140 application is pending approval (submitted to USCIS in Sept 2021)
  • Recently married and my partner is a green card holder (has sent her paperwork for citizenship)
  • Beginning my application for a marriage based green card (on my own, without a lawyer) and was hoping to get insights on the following questions

Questions:

  • Is there an overlap between the employment based and marriage based green card process?
  • Given that I have a pending I-140 application, are the following forms only the ones I need to be filling out? If not, what other forms would I need to fill out?
    • I-130
    • I-130A
    • I-131
    • I-485
    • I-765
    • I-864EZ
    • G-28 (do I need to fill this out for each form, if I am filing the application on my own?)
  • Where can I find the physical address where the application and supporting documentation need to be sent?
  • Are there any other things I need to be aware of that might interfere with my pending I-140 application or impact my marriage based green card application?
  • Can anyone share any checklists, blogs/youtube videos, and/or summarized guide to help identify what supporting documentation should be attached with the relevant forms?

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee!
