First time entering US after getting my Visa

Hi all, I'm in Juarez right now and just got back to the hotel after picking up my passport with my visa in it at CAS. I know the first time I cross they will have to review all my paperwork and stuff, but does this mean I need to go during certain business hours or is any time of day/day of the week OK?

Also, is there any fees I need to pay before trying to cross? I do know I need to pay to get my physical green card but I assumed that was after I was back in the US.

For some background info, I was approved on a marriage visa which I applied for while living in the US as a DACA recipient. My case was electronically submitted so I don't have the paperwork that they'd review, I was told they'd have that info available to them at the border crossing.
